We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs of the return are for the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return process, so please pack your items carefully. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@chowascents.com or fill in the contact page form within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) within 14 days of confirmation. Return shipping costs will only be refunded for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Additional Notes: If you don’t like the scent of a fragrance, please consider gifting it to someone who might enjoy it. Once opened, we cannot accept it for return due to hygiene reasons.
